A little sun (daylight) trivia for those of you that long for more daylight in the afternoon hours:

The sun will set at it's earliest time of 4:47 pm from Dec 3 until Dec 6. The latest the sun will rise is 7:09 am from January 5-9.

By Christmas Day, the sun will be setting 7 minutes later and rising 3 minutes later than on December 3rd.

So, our afternoon's will be slowly getting "longer" but ever so slowly on December 7, but the morning's light is "less" until January 10th.
